Job Description - CyberArk PAM Engineer (ID: 3072)

As a CyberArk PAM Engineer, you will:

Take full ownership of Privileged Access Management (PAM) services built on CyberArk and related technologies such as Conjur.
Manage credentials and secrets across diverse platforms including Linux, Oracle, and enterprise environments.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring smooth integration, maintenance, and enhancement of the CyberArk ecosystem, including PSM, PSMP, CPM, OPM, and others.
Work in an Agile/SCRUM DevOps team, contributing to daily sprints, standups, and collaborative engineering efforts.
Develop and maintain test cases and automated testing frameworks to enhance product reliability.
Maintain technical documentation using Confluence and ensure version control of source code.
Participate in periodic off-hours upgrades and fixes in a 24/7 standby schedule (with compensation).
Use Azure DevOps/Teams for task management and team collaboration.

What You Bring to the Table:

8–10 years of overall experience in IT with at least 5+ years in PAM and CyberArk ecosystem.
Deep technical expertise in CyberArk and its components (Conjur, PSM, PSMP, CPM, OPM).
Strong experience in programming and scripting for automation and integration.
Understanding of role-based access control and audit-driven request management.
Previous experience in Agile/SCRUM DevOps environments.
Familiarity with working in large-scale, complex enterprise IT setups.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a good sense of humor.

You should possess the ability to:

Quickly familiarize yourself with new environments and technologies.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues in production.
Work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
Handle off-hours work professionally and document actions clearly.
Communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
