IMAGINE THE FUTURE AT ENVALIOR

As a Daily Engineer at Envalior, you will oversee daily production in consultation with the Production Manager, identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents and structural process disruptions. You will ensure that production runs smoothly within safety, quality, and cost-efficiency standards.

You will actively manage Key Operating Parameters (KOP), evaluate performance gaps, and prioritize corrective actions. Additionally, you will embrace a pioneering spirit by driving process, quality, and cost improvements based on data and exploring new methods and technologies that contribute to our sustainability and innovation goals.

You will make significant contributions to Envalior:

• You will own the OPN work process and become an expert in our production facilities.
• You will support the achievement of daily production figures and optimize production-related targets and control parameters.
• You will facilitate company tests, conduct troubleshooting analyses, and manage small improvement projects (A3's).
• You will actively participate in HAZOP studies, IER activities, and support customer inquiries.
• You will promote the Envalior Life Saving Rules, ensuring safe, environmentally conscious, and quality-oriented work practices.
• You will participate in the operational duty roster and assist the gatekeeper with work permits and risk assessments.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting analysis, and OPN work processes.
• A team player with a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Several years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the (petro)chemical or process industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., chemistry, process technology, industrial sciences).
• Knowledge of HAZOP, SHEQ standards, and experience with A3/IP work processes is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in duty shifts.
• Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of English is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with an Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Possession of a Green Belt in Lean/Six Sigma.

Ideal applicants should have a comprehensive understanding of both the plant operations and the processing techniques.

A broad familiarity with various manufacturing disciplines is expected.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years in Manufacturing Process Engineering.

Familiarity with statistical techniques and evaluation tools is required.
