The role

We're building a team for our Danish client, Valcon.

Valcon is one of Europe's leading consulting, technology and data companies, around 1,700 people across Denmark, the Netherlands, the UK, Sweden, Germany and beyond, with its home base in Copenhagen. They're a powerhouse in data and AI-driven business transformation: they don't just advise Europe's top organisations, they build and deliver the technology, data and change that transform how those businesses run. Your main job is to reach out to senior stakeholders at organisations in Denmark and book qualified discovery meetings for Valcon. That means identifying the right companies and decision-makers, opening the conversation, and generating real opportunities.

You'll also work directly with the client. You'll have weekly meetings with Valcon to communicate the opportunities you've sourced, all in Danish, and to align on strategy and next steps. So you're not just doing outreach; you're managing a real client relationship and representing their business in the market.

It's a role with real ownership and responsibility from day one, and a clear path to grow into senior commercial positions such as Account Executive, with coaching from people who have done the job.

Moving to Rotterdam

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Danish. This is essential and required for our work with Valcon. The role is open only to Danish speakers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to senior people
• A commercial mindset and the drive to take ownership
• Willingness to be based in Rotterdam
• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but your attitude and language matter most
• Other native languages (German, French, Dutch, Swedish, and others) are a strong advantage and open up more opportunities within DynamicWhale
