The Role

We're seeking an experienced Delivery Station Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Rotterdam delivery hub. You'll ensure seamless package flow from our sorting center to final customers while driving efficiency, safety, and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:

  Manage a team of delivery associates and drivers

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct daily briefings and performance coaching sessions

  
  


• 
  

  Implement training programs for new hires and upskill existing staff

  
  

Operational Management:

• 
  

  Oversee all station activities including sorting, route assignments, and dispatch

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor real-time delivery performance using JD's proprietary tracking systems

  
  


• 
  

  Optimize workforce planning to handle daily volume fluctuations.

  
  

Quality & Efficiency:

• 
  

  Maintain on-time dispatch accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Reduce mis-sorts and handling errors through process improvements

  
  


• 
  

  Implement 5S methodology for station organization

  
  

Customer Experience:

• 
  

  Resolve escalated delivery issues within our response window

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities

  
  

Safety & Compliance:

• 
  

  Enforce strict safety protocols for material handling equipment operations

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct monthly safety audits and training refreshers

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with Dutch transport regulations

  
  

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 
  

  1+ years of experience in last mile delivery / last mile operation.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record of meeting strict KPIs in high-volume environments

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership presence with ability to motivate diverse teams

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)

  
  

Technical Skills:

• 
  

  Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced Excel skills for operational reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Comfort with data-driven decision making

  
  

Preferred Attributes:

  Experience with electric vehicle fleets or cargo bike logistics
