- Monitor inventory levels across fulfillment centers and warehouses and manage SKU velocity analysis to optimize stock allocation to fast-moving items.
- Monitor key KPIs tracking demand accuracy, aging, out-of-stock levels, and supply chain health metrics.
- Investigate demand forecast variances and implement corrective actions, including root cause analysis of stockout and overstock situations.
- Support procurement planning by providing rolling demand forecasts to purchasing teams and collaborating on lead time management.
- Assess the impact of new product launches, discontinuations, seasonal variations, and supply chain disruptions on demand patterns.
- Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP meetings and align demand forecasts with sales targets, marketing plans, and business strategy.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in Next SCM, Hybris, and ERP systems.
- Stay current with e-commerce trends, D2C best practices, and industry innovations and recommend process improvements to increase supply chain efficiency.
