We are looking for a Chef de Partie for our monumental Wintergarden, who will create Authentic Luxury moments for our guests to boost the start of their day. You will be responsible for the preparation of the breakfast dishes and to ensure the consistent quality of the final products. An experienced chef who is filled with energy and has an infectious enthusiasm in the morning. During the breakfast we offer live cooking stations where you will be interacted with our guests and improvise to surprise them with you finishing touch.

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new things;

• Creativity, a hands-on mentality and eagerness to exceed expectations;

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene activities and health and safety standards;

• Great passion for cooking and for delivering a special guest experience;

• Handles the pressure of busy days, and keep your head cool;

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
