The team that carries out his vision in Amsterdam is led by Chef de Cuisine Tristan de Boer.

As a (Demi) Chef de Rang of The White Room, you have a passion for fine dining and exceptional service. In this role you will be responsible for the following;

• Ensure all preparatory work is completed to the highest standards for seamless service;
• Serve dishes with expertly paired wines;
• Prepare and present dishes at the table with precision and flair;
• Anticipate and exceed guest expectations to create unforgettable dining experiences;
• Innovate and proactively enhance service quality based on guest feedback.

• Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-star restaurant;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
• A proactive and innovative approach to service;
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
