As one of our talented Department Store Managers, you are responsible for the budget targets and you use all business opportunities to achieve great results.

You will coach and motivate the individual teams to manage their counters successfully and contribute to their development in order to prepare them for the next career step.
You are the driving force behind the retail sales for the ELC brands and stimulate the teams to meet and exceed the targets.
You will analyze the business by monitoring KPIs and evaluating team & individual performance and develop action plans to optimize sales results and team productivity.
Excellent customer service is your TOP priority and you will ensure that every ELC customer has a great experience in the counter.
You keep a close eye on market trends and implement actions that support the brand strategy and increase customer reach.
You are responsible for the optimal staffing of the ELC teams.
You supervise the appearance of the counter and ensure that each counter is set up according to the merchandising guidelines, is tidy and presents nicely with attention to hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a Retail Management function, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and enthuse large teams
• Know-how in retail / store KPI’s and Performance Management
• A strong analytical, commercial and organizational mind-set
• A structured way of working with a strong eye for detail
• Stress resistant and solution oriented
• A passion for cosmetics
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English

Je superviseert het uitzicht van de counter en ziet er op toe dat iedere counter volgens de merchandising richtlijnen is ingericht, netjes is en mooi presenteert met aandacht voor hygiëne en veiligheid.

Kwalificaties

• Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een Retail Management functie, bij voorkeur in de cosmetica
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om grote teams aan te sturen en te enthousiasmeren
• Knowhow in retail / store KPI’s en Performance Management
• Sterk analytisch, commercieel en organisatorisch ingesteld
• Gestructureerde manier van werken met oog voor detail
• Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
• Passie voor cosmetica
• Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
