DevOps Engineer

We're currently seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with around 2- 4 years experience. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing development and deployment processes, ensuring system reliability and scalability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities :
· Design and build a generic API to house internal services, mapping flow, and data cleaning processes.
· Integrate existing applications and services to enhance the data pipeline.
· Migrate from a standard server to the Azure Cloud environment, prioritizing application performance and data security.
· Establish secure and fast connections between client databases and systems and our cloud environment.
· Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable CI/CD pipelines.
· Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
· Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
· Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve release management practices.
· Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
· Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address issues.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 2+ years of experience as a Software & DevOps Engineer, with involvement in various aspects of the data pipeline.
· Proficiency in Python (especially Django), NodeJS, C#, TypeScript, and Go.
· Deep understanding of tools such as Git, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and logical thinker.
· Quick learner with strong initiative and social competence.
· Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is advantageous.
· Available for at least 32 hours a week, Monday – Friday during office hours.
· Ambitious and eager to work in a startup environment.
