Job Description - Diabeter IT Application Analyst (20 hours per week)

About the Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to work for MiniMed which is entering a new chapter as a standalone company, focused on accelerating growth and innovation in diabetes care. This role is a hands-on where you will be supporting day-to day operations with key stakeholders, focused on supporting and resolving challenges with our digital devices, always ensuring we continue to operate with greater speed and agility. In doing so, the role will drive meaningful innovation and enhance the impact on patient care.

Diabeter is the only diabetes clinic in the Netherlands dedicated entirely to type 1 diabetes care, utilizing the latest technology and provides opportunities for growth within its innovative organization, focused on delivering high patient satisfaction. As Diabeter expands its footprint by growing as a clinic as well as offering its proprietary software solutions and service to other clinics in the Netherlands as well as in other countries, the role will look to support users in Europe and the Middle East. 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Manage and coordinate tickets from the Diabeter IT support portal, ensuring timely resolution for application users in line with defined SLAs

  • Communicate promptly and effectively with application users in both English and Dutch, especially when addressing solution challenges

  • Prepare insightful application reports for management, providing valuable updates and analysis

  • Develop clear, user-friendly documentation for applications and coordinate the localization process for international audiences

  • Work closely with the IT team to support the setup of new customer applications, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree together with an ITL qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the healthcare industry

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills—you thrive on keeping things running smoothly and connecting with others

  • Native-level Dutch language skills and strong proficiency in English, enabling you to work confidently in a multilingual environment

  • A customer-first attitude and a collaborative mindset—you enjoy working with others to achieve common goals

  • Previous experience collaborating in an international, remote setting, so you’re comfortable working across borders

  • Experience in project management is highly valued
