Digital Assets Institutional Trader

Flow Traders is looking for a Digital Assets Institutional Trader to join our growing team in Amsterdam. We believe traditional institutions will drive the next wave of digital asset adoption-and as a regulated, publicly traded firm, we're uniquely positioned to lead this evolution.

You will be responsible for driving the global Over-The-Counter (OTC) sales efforts within the digital assets sector. This role focuses on building our OTC offering out further, which requires both internal as external coordination. We are expanding rapidly, this is unique opportunity to be part of the growth.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with a global counterparty base of institutional investors interested in digital asset investments.


• Drive the expansion of OTC trading by leveraging internal infrastructure, third-party vendors, and automation tools to scale client execution and workflow.


• Design and implement strategic sales plans to increase the company's market share in the digital assets space.


• Work closely together with traditional institutional traders to leverage existing relationships.

What you need to succeed

• Fluency in English.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Asset OTC institutional sales.


• Experience with vanilla & derivative products.


• Proven track record of managing relationships with institutional counterparties in a disciplined way.


• Strong understanding of the digital assets OTC ecosystem, from our peers, exchanges, players in the infrastructure, to new developments.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering lasting relationships with a variety of stakeholders.


• Strategic thinker with a robust analytical skill set, able to generate and execute insights gathered from market data.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Strong network within the financial and crypto sectors, with established connections to key institutional players.
