Job Description - Distribution Key Account Manager - Benelux
We are seeking a results-driven Inverter Distribution Key Account Manager to lead our channel sales efforts in the Benelux market. The ideal candidate will spearhead strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and strengthen Sungrow's market position in the residential and C&I segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective channel partner engagement and strategic account management.
Market Expansion: Develop and execute plans to increase Sumgrow’s market share in the market by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
Channel Management: Oversee pricing strategy, anti-gray market compliance, rebate programs, and performance monitor g of channel partners.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors, resellers, and end-users to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and address partner needs.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales roles within the renewable energy or power electronics industry, preferably in channel sales.
Fluency in English (at least C1); Dutch language skills preferred.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
