Document Controller

Job description

• Perform all activities with the highest level of safety and health, protecting the environment and reporting any HSE anomalies.
• Prepare as-built technical drawings.
• Manage daily document control activities, including receiving, distributing digital data, and returning reviewed documentation.
• Review project documentation.
• Support project leaders during projects.
• Act as a communication focal point with document controllers at contractors/vendors.
• Handle internal document requests.
• Operate in a multi-discipline and highly technical environment.
• Maintain frequent contact with internal and external end users of technical documentation and Company EDMS.
• Support internal customers from Operations, Development, Engineering, and Projects Divisions.
• Ensure the availability of technical data/documentation for technical divisions.
• Contribute to the quality of technical data/documentation.

Job requirements

• Vocational college degree in a document management-related subject or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electronic document control systems, hands-on experience with OMEGA PIMS is a plus.
• Team player with a service-minded attitude.
• Fluency in English, both verbally and written.
