In this role, youll support one of the biggest names in tech, helping businesses optimize their digital advertising and drive growth through smart, friendly guidance.

What youll be doing:

• Support SMB clients via phone, email, and chat with digital advertising and marketing solutions

• Offer guidance before and after sales on self-service ad platforms

• Help clients use digital tools effectively and enhance their overall experience

• Spot recurring issues and work with internal teams to improve performance

• Share customer feedback with the engineering team to inform product enhancements

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch

• Solid English skills (B2 level or higher)
