Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients, cultivating strong relationships to enhance their overall experience.
• Assist clients in understanding and effectively using our products and services to achieve their goals.
• Proactively track client satisfaction levels and offer personalized resources for their success.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Work closely with different teams to resolve client issues and implement effective solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to provide meaningful insights to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and verbal) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer success or related fields is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge.
