Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients, building strong relationships to enhance their satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system to foster continuous improvement.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer success or a client-facing role is desirable.
