Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients, providing them with support and information about our offerings.
• Utilize a soft sales approach to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer conversations in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to refine your sales skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, soft sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking is advantageous.
• A positive and empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to help clients.
• Willingness to relocate and embrace the experience of living in Bulgaria.
