Dutch speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch speaking Content Moderator for a project of a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Job

Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring competent content moderation in our facilities in Lisbon, Portugal.

Activities

• Content Moderation for your target language. 
• Written contact with customers in your target language, as well as in English.
• Remove and delete inappropriate content.
• Content Management, to avoid cyber crime.
• Make sure content lives up to ethical standards. 
• Remove and delete content like hate message, cyber bullying, terror and animal abuse

Procedure

The training period for is 10 days. It has a duration of 8 hours per day and the starting times may vary, depending on your group. During the training you will receive an insight into your future work field which will include:

• Integration into the Portugal team;
• Training for new computer software programs;
• Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client;
• Customer management training for only E-mail contact;
• On-the-job training and independent implementation of training content.

Working hours

• The availability of this project is 00:00-24:00.
• Your working hours may vary week from week, it will always be 160 hours every month, for example you could work 30 hours one week and 50 hours the next.
