Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon!

Are you a native Dutch speaker looking for a fantastic career opportunity in a vibrant European capital? We're hiring enthusiastic Customer Advisors to join our team on-site in Lisbon! What You'll Be Doing: Making a Difference, One Interaction at a Time

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the direct link between our users and the innovative products they love. Your core mission will be to provide outstanding support and guidance, ensuring every customer walks away satisfied. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Delivering Stellar Support: Engaging with users in Dutch across various channels like chat, email, and phone. This means truly listening, understanding their needs, and providing clear, effective solutions.
  • Becoming a Go-To Expert: Rapidly learning the ins and outs of our project's products, services, and policies so you can always provide accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Solving Challenges: Diagnosing customer issues with precision and guiding them through resolution steps. For more complex problems, you'll expertly escalate them to ensure swift resolution.
  • Keeping Records Immaculate: Carefully documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring everything is tracked accurately.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Actively noting common themes in customer feedback. Your insights will be valuable in helping us continually improve our services and products.
  • Collaborating Seamlessly: Working effectively with your team and other departments to provide a smooth, cohesive customer experience.
  • Achieving Excellence: Striving to consistently meet and exceed our service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Growing Continuously: Staying updated with new product features and support processes, ensuring you're always equipped to help.

Who We're Looking For: Your Profile

  • Flawless Dutch: You must be fluent (C2 level) in both written and spoken Dutch.
  • Solid English: You'll need B2 English proficiency for internal communication and training.
  • Customer-Obsessed: You have a genuine passion for helping people and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
  • Sharp Thinker: You possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: You're comfortable working independently and excel as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized: You can efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible: You're open to working various shifts as needed (details will be discussed during the interview).
  • Experience? Nice, But Not Necessary! While prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a definite plus, it's not a strict requirement. We are eager to welcome and train highly motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow in this exciting field.
