Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon!

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Lisbon as French-Speaking Customer Advisors for a cutting-edge project with a leading global technology company. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, on-site team in a vibrant city, contributing to the success of a globally recognized brand.

About the Role:

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing exceptional support and guidance related to various products and services. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience, all while working on a fascinating and evolving project for a world-renowned technology giant. While we cannot disclose the specific project name due to confidentiality agreements, rest assured you will be contributing to an innovative and impactful initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in French via various channels (e.g., chat, email, phone), addressing user inquiries and resolving technical or account-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the project's products, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate and comprehensive information to users.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues, guiding them through solutions or escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Identify and escalate trends in customer feedback or issues to help improve overall service and product offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and strive to exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product features and support processes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluent French (C2 level), both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B2 English proficiency, allowing for effective internal communication and training.
  • A genuine passion for helping people and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required (details to be discussed during the interview process).
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but not a must. We are open to candidates eager to learn and grow within the customer service industry.
