About Your Role as a Customer Advisor
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be on the front lines, serving as the primary point of contact for users. Becoming a Product Expert: You'll quickly develop a deep and thorough understanding of the project's specific products, services, policies, and operational procedures. This expertise will enable you to provide accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date information to users, ensuring they have all the details they need.
Effective Troubleshooting: You'll skillfully diagnose and troubleshoot a wide array of customer issues, guiding users step-by-step through solutions. For more complex or persistent problems, you'll efficiently escalate them to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring no issue goes unresolved.
Meticulous Documentation: You'll meticulously document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Accuracy and completeness in documentation are key for tracking issues, analyzing trends, and ensuring continuity of service.
Identifying Trends and Insights: You'll be proactive in identifying recurring themes or trends in customer feedback and reported issues. By escalating these insights, you'll directly contribute to continuous service improvement and the enhancement of product offerings.
Collaborative Teamwork: You'll work closely and effectively with your team members and other internal departments. This collaborative spirit ensures seamless support handovers and a unified approach to problem-solving.
Adhering to Service Excellence: You'll consistently strive to meet and exceed predefined service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets. Your dedication to excellence will directly impact our overall service quality.

Who We're Looking For:
Exceptional Language Skills: You must possess fluent Dutch (C2 level), demonstrating impeccable written and spoken communication skills. Additionally, B2 English proficiency is required for internal communication, training, and working effectively within our multicultural team.
