What You'll Be Doing:

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice guiding users through their experience. You'll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everyone you interact with has a fantastic experience. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing top-notch support in Dutch, whether it's through chat, email, or phone. You'll listen carefully to user needs and provide clear, helpful solutions.
• Becoming a pro on the project's specific products, services, and policies so you can give accurate and up-to-date information.
• Expertly diagnosing and solving customer problems, offering step-by-step guidance, or escalating more complex issues to the right internal teams.
• Keeping detailed records of all your customer interactions in our system.
• Spotting any common trends in customer feedback to help us improve our services and products.
• Working closely with your team and other departments to ensure smooth, seamless support for our users.
• Consistently aiming to meet and exceed our service quality and customer satisfaction goals.
• Staying curious and continually learning about new product features and support processes as they evolve.

Who We're Looking For:

• You're fluent in Dutch (C2 level), both speaking and writing, with excellent communication skills.
• You also have B2 English proficiency for internal communications and training.
• You genuinely enjoy helping people and always put the customer first.
• You're great at solving problems and have a keen eye for detail.
• You can work well independently, but also thrive in a team environment, even when things are busy.
• You're organized and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• You're flexible with shifts (we'll discuss specifics during the interview).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but definitely not a must! We're excited to train motivated individuals who are eager to start a career in customer support.
