Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon!

Are you a native Dutch speaker looking for a fresh start in an exciting city? We're on the hunt for enthusiastic Customer Advisors to join our dedicated, on-site team in Lisbon! As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our users. Your main goal? To provide top-notch support and ensure everyone has a positive, seamless experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Outstanding Dutch Support: Engaging with customers in Dutch across various channels like chat, email, and phone. This means actively listening, understanding their needs, and offering clear, compassionate solutions.
  • Becoming a Product Whiz: Quickly mastering the details of our project's products, services, and policies to give accurate, comprehensive information.
  • Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnosing customer issues precisely and guiding them through resolution steps. For more complex problems, you'll skillfully escalate them to ensure swift resolution.
  • Keeping Immaculate Records: Meticulously documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in our system for consistent service and easy tracking.
  • Spotting Trends: Proactively identifying common themes in customer feedback. Your insights will be invaluable in helping us continuously improve our services and offerings.
  • Seamless Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with your colleagues and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Driving Satisfaction: Consistently striving to meet and exceed our service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.

Who We're Looking For: Your Qualifications

  • Exceptional Dutch (C2 level): You're highly proficient in both written and spoken Dutch.
  • Proficient English (B2 level): This is essential for internal communication and training within our diverse team.
  • Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy helping people and are dedicated to providing outstanding service.
  • Strong Problem-Solver: You possess excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: You're comfortable working independently but also thrive as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
  • Highly Organized: You can efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible: You're open to working various shifts as needed (specifics will be discussed during your interview).
