Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon!

We're looking for enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to join our team in Lisbon! This is an on-site role supporting a major project for a global tech company.

About the Role

As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for users, handling inquiries and solving problems across various products and services. You'll work on a super interesting and evolving project, ensuring top-notch customer experiences. While we can't spill all the details, you'll be directly contributing to an impactful initiative from a world-leading brand.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Providing excellent support in Dutch via chat, email, or phone, sorting out user questions and technical glitches efficiently.
• Becoming a pro on the project's offerings, policies, and procedures to give accurate info.
• Troubleshooting issues, guiding users through solutions, or sending trickier problems to the right internal folks.
• Keeping detailed records of all your customer interactions.
• Spotting trends in feedback to help us make services and products even better.
• Teaming up with colleagues to ensure smooth customer care.
• Meeting (and hopefully exceeding!) customer satisfaction goals.
• Always learning about new product features and support processes.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch (C2), both spoken and written, with awesome communication skills.
• B2 English for internal communication and training.
• A genuine desire to help people and a strong customer-first attitude.
• Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and with a team, even when things are busy.
• Good organizational skills you'll be juggling a few things at once!
• Flexibility for different shifts (we'll chat more about this).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. We're happy to train motivated individuals ready to learn!
