Job Description - Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon!

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the friendly face and voice our users turn to. Your main mission? To deliver top-tier support and guidance across a range of products and services. You'll tackle questions, troubleshoot tech hiccups, and ensure every user interaction is smooth, positive, and genuinely helpful. This isn't just about problem-solving; it's about building trust and connection with people, all while contributing to a dynamic and impactful initiative.

Here’s a sneak peek at your responsibilities:

  • Be a Customer Champion: Provide exceptional support in Dutch via chat, email, and phone. This means truly listening to users and offering clear, compassionate, and effective solutions.
  • Become a Product Whiz: Quickly get up to speed on the project's products, services, and policies so you can give accurate, up-to-date information every time.
  • Solve Problems Like a Pro: Skillfully diagnose issues and guide users through solutions. For trickier problems, you'll know exactly when and how to escalate them to the right internal teams.
  • Keep Things Tidy: Meticulously record all customer interactions and resolutions in our system. Good notes mean better service for everyone!
  • Spot the Trends: Be proactive in identifying common feedback or issues. Your insights can help us improve our services and products across the board.
  • Team Up for Success: Work seamlessly with your colleagues and other departments to ensure customers always get a consistent, top-notch experience.
  • Aim for Excellence: Consistently meet, and ideally exceed, our service targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Keep Learning: The tech world moves fast, and so will you! We'll support your continuous learning about new features and processes.

Who We're Searching For

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level): Your written and spoken Dutch should be impeccable.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level): You'll need this for internal communication and training.
  • A True People Person: You genuinely love helping others and put the customer experience first.
  • Sharp & Detail-Oriented: You’re great at figuring things out and notice the little things that matter.
  • Adaptable Team Player: You can work independently when needed, but also thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Flexible: You're open to various shifts (we'll discuss details during your interview).
  • Experience? Great, But Not Essential! While previous customer service experience is a bonus, it's not a requirement. If you're eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role, we want to hear from you! We provide all the training you'll need.
