Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring comprehensive records for follow-up.
• Assist clients with product-related inquiries, account issues, and general support requests.
• Proactively engage with customers to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance service delivery and address common challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed responses to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
