This remote position allows you to work from the beautiful landscapes of Greece while providing exceptional customer support. As part of our dedicated team, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to energy services, all while communicating effectively in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide clear and accurate information about energy plans, pricing, and service options.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their energy services.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service processes and outcomes.
• Stay updated on energy market trends and company offerings to provide informed advice to customers.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
