You will assist clients primarily through email and chat (95%), addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently. You'll handle account setup, verification, technical issues, and financial queries while providing expert guidance tailored to the sports industry. By building strong relationships through clear and interactive communication, youll ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to improving internal processes through feedback, enhancing both customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer support primarily through email and chat (95%)
Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
Deliver prompt solutions for account setup, verification, sign-in, financial matters, and technical issues Act as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry
Respond swiftly to inquiries, complaints, and comments via email and chat channels
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and interactive communication
Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to company policies and delivering exceptional service
Offer feedback and recommendations to improve internal processes and service quality

Compensation and Benefits:

Total Gross Monthly salary 3800 BGN per 12 months

Additional to:
Monthly Transportation allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary Bonus for important life events (marriage or university graduation) is 500 BGN

Working Schedule:

Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Monday to Sunday there are 3 shifts that you can choose:

10:00 -19:00, Late shifts 12:00 - 21:00 or Night only from 17:00 - 2:00 Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
