Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their inquiries regarding bookings made on Booking.com.
• Provide accurate information about accommodations, available services, and booking modifications.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on promotions, industry trends, and service offerings to provide informed assistance.

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong dedication to customer service with a focus on satisfaction.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly within the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly and patient demeanor with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• A genuine interest in travel and knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.
• Must hold an EU passport.
