Responsibilities

• Interact with Dutch-speaking customers to promote and sell products and services from a prominent technology brand.
• Assess customer needs and customize solutions to address them effectively.
• Make outbound calls to update partners about new products and services.
• Seize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales journey.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, features, and services to assist customers effectively.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance your sales and product expertise.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven sales experience is an advantage, especially in tech-related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
