• Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting our range of digital solutions.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales quotas and enhance overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about digital trends and service offerings.

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
• A strong interest in soft sales and excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication skills with a personable and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Interest in digital services and technology is a plus.
• Must hold an EU passport.
