This is how you’ll change the way people eat forever For our team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Dutch Translator & Editor. Working in the Editing Team you take a leading role in translating and editing recipes from English to Dutch. Your main task will be translating our recipes from English to Dutch. Additionally, we ask you to edit and proofread the recipes so as to ensure our Dutch-speaking customers can cook their meals without any problems.

This is how you’ll make an impact
Translating, proofreading and editing all recipes from English to Dutch Checking if the Dutch recipes are correctly aligned with the English recipes on the menu each week by staying on top of recipe adaptations and ingredient changes Ensuring translated content is accurate to the original recipe while being stylistically consistent with what we and our customers expect when following a recipe These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team
You have a minimum of 0-2 years of working experience in the translation industry You are a Native Dutch speaker and have good command of English Besides translating, you have a keen interest in editing and proofreading text You can easily identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors in Dutch and you can spot typos a mile away! You have experience and/or affinity with working on recipes, cooking or with food in general You are a quick learner when it comes to using new content management systems You don’t shy away from a challenge and you thrive in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment that demands flexibility and ruthless prioritization You are just as capable of working independently as well as being a positive team player with the ability to plan and work with tight deadlines This is our recipe
