Job Description - Dutch-speaking Content Moderator & Customer Support Agent in Malta

The Role – Dutch-Speaking Content Moderator (No Phone Calls)

As a Customer Support Agent / Content Moderator, you will:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content
  • Identify and prevent scams, fraud and policy violations
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email (no phone support)
  • Apply company guidelines and country-specific regulations
  • Make independent decisions based on clear policies
  • Contribute to a safer digital marketplace

You will play a direct role in protecting users and creating a secure online environment. Your decisions matter.

  • Fluent Dutch (written and reading level is key)
  • Basic to conversational English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good computer skills
  • Confident decision-maker
  • Structured and proactive mindset

No previous experience required.

What matters most is your motivation to work in online safety, content moderation and digital compliance.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • Rotational morning and late shifts (no night shifts)
  • Hybrid / remote from home in Malta
  • Option to work remotely from another EU country for a few weeks per year
