We’re now looking for an Ecommerce Manager for the Benelux region, based in Amsterdam, to accelerate our ambitious growth agenda and strengthen our presence in this key market. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Owning and delivering the Benelux ecommerce strategy across DTC and retail partners. 

• Managing DTC site performance, optimizing UX, CRO, merchandising, and the customer journey. 

• Driving commercial success through online trading calendars, pricing, and promotions. 

• Building strong relationships with ecommerce partners such as Bol.com, Coolblue, and Amazon, negotiating visibility and growth opportunities. 

• Executing campaigns and product launches in partnership with commercial and marketing teams. 

• Monitoring performance across traffic, conversion, sales, and ROAS, and providing actionable insights. 

• Ensuring brand consistency and premium execution across all digital touchpoints. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or digital-first environments. 

• Strong understanding of the Benelux ecommerce landscape and key online retailers. 

• Hands-on experience with DTC sites, marketplaces, and digital media channels. 

• Commercially driven with strong analytical skills and P&L/trading experience. 

• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. 

• Strong organizational and project management abilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. 


• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken). French is a plus.
