E-COMMERCE TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Amsterdam

At Coty, we are looking for an E-commerce Trade Marketing Manager to develop and manage our digital capabilities to drive the success of our beautiful brands in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our E-commerce Trade Marketing Manager you will be an important member of the Coty E-commerce team in BNL, consisting of sales and key account managers, content and merchandising specialists, digital and trade marketing experts. Your key challenge will be to develop and accelerate Coty’s digital and e-commerce growth for both e-tailers and pure players customers.

Your main focus :

• Negotiate and develop E-commerce activation plans with key e-retails and pure players (e.g. Douglas, Ici Paris XL, Kruidvat, Etos, Wehkamp, etc.), ensuring a strong online brand presence during the main key commercial periods.
• Define and implement Retail media strategies for both e-retailers and pure players, in close collaboration with Digital Activation Leader, E-Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams/agencies to ensure effective joint business execution in line with the trade visibility trade packages, and also ensuring the optimization for Content, Assortment, Rating & review, Share of search/shelf (CARS).
• Ensure omnichannel trade and media mix coherence with national (digital) media strategy, in close cooperation with the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Coordinate the Rating & Reviews, and e-sampling projects in close collaboration with Marketing teams and external agencies.
• Tracking & reporting on E-com trade visibility, including monthly sharing of sell out data with Global teams.
• Monitor and share industry developments, online marketing trends, industry tools and internal cross-team insights and best practices to drive innovation.

The role reports into the Senior E-commerce Activation and Digital Excellence Leader and your broader team will include E-commerce/Retail Key Account Managers, Content and Merchandising Manager, Brand Managers.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced E-commerce Trade Marketing Manager, you have an entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit . Will have a passion for beauty and feel energized from working in a fast-paced and international environment.

Other than that, you will have:

• 3-4+ years in a key E-commerce/Digital and/or Marketing role, preferably within retailers or pure players
• Exceptional ecommerce/digital marketing and media knowledge (e-commerce platforms, Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Advertising, Social Media & Content Marketing)
• A data-driven mindset and skilled in processing data into action plans.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to execute Digital Marketing campaigns effectively.
• Fluency in English and Dutch language is also a plus.
