EDI Consultant II- hybrid work in Breukelen

Our client is looking for EDI Consultant II to join their Customer Success Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our customers from United Kingdom and across the EU. You will facilitate problem research, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up for customer change events, and manage escalated events as needed. You will assist customers through onboarding our clients product.
  

Key Responsibilities:   

• Perform technical implementation of technology products and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met. 
• Connsult with clients to understand their operational needs and business owbjectives, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress. 
• Conduct tasks and assignments with moderate supervision, using independent judgment as needed.
• Perform text editing and data mapping 
• Work with cross functional teams – retail team, development team and solution team 

Location:   

This role is in our Breukelen office, the team is in-office 1 day per week. 

Required Qualifications:   

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently. 
• Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results. 
• Familiarity with 832 EDI item catalog and experience with text editing and data mapping tools is a plus. 
• General understanding of the concept of e-commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI) preferred
• Previous experience in SAAS companies is a plus
• Previous experience with PIM systems and item data management also a plus
• Fluency in English is required
• Fluency in Dutch is preffered
