Job Description - Educational developer AI

Within this assignment, you will develop two professionalization modules for teachers within secondary education, vocational education and higher professional education. The first module focuses on an accessible basic AI course for teachers without experience with AI in daily educational practice. The second module focuses on AI literacy, programming didactics and digital skills, with specific attention to AI -assisted development and vibe coding. You translate complex technological developments into understandable and directly applicable learning activities and practical cases. In addition, you will set up the modules within an e -learning environment, develop intake and level assessments for participants and work closely with stakeholders from the various educational institutions within the VABOK project. The modules are improved in short cycles based on feedback from practice.

Tasks and responsibilities

Developing a basic AI course for teachers
Developing an in -depth module on AI literacy and digital skills
Designing practice -oriented learning activities and cases
Setting up modules within an e -learning environment
Developing intake and level assessments
Coordination with stakeholders within the VABOK project
Improving modules based on feedback
Translating AI developments into educational value
Developing flexible and directly applicable learning modules

Requirements

At least 3 years of work experience within ICT and AI
At least 3 years of experience in setting up modules in an e -learning environment
Demonstrable experience within secondary education, vocational education and higher professional education
Experience with digital learning environments
Experience with educational development
Strong didactic skills
Experience with AI applications within education
Good communication skills in Dutch
