We are building a network of qualified Electrical Engineers skilled in industrial electrical design, MV/LV power reticulation, control panel engineering, and hardware configuration for large -scale international infrastructure and manufacturing projects.
To meet strict European immigration, labor, and client compliance standards, all candidates moving forward from the database will be required to undergo:
Comprehensive Background Screening: Full criminal record checks, qualification verifications, and employment reference checks.
Clearance for International Work: Verification of eligibility to obtain passports and visas for the Netherlands or Belgium.
Professional Assessments: Completion of Psychometric, emotional intelligence (EQ), and technical aptitude testing.
Education: B.Eng, B.Sc, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post -qualification experience in industrial design, manufacturing plants, or heavy machinery sectors.
Technical Focus: Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or Autodesk) and an understanding of European mechanical and safety standards.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Being an Afrikaans -speaking individual offers an added cultural benefit, significantly easing the transition into local workplace cultures in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Demographic Focus: Designed to support the career progression of emerging engineering professionals; candidates under the age of 30 looking for international mobility are highly preferred.
Education: B.Eng, B.Sc, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post -qualification experience dealing with industrial electrical systems, fault finding, and project execution.
Technical Focus: Expertise in electrical hardware design software (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical) and familiarity with international electrical codes.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Afrikaans -speaking individuals will have a distinct added benefit, as the language similarities greatly assist with rapid cultural integration and communication on European sites.
