We are representing a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe.

An experienced Electrical Supervisor is required to oversee electrical installation activities on a major data centre construction project. The successful candidate will supervise installation teams and subcontractors, coordinate site activities, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure works are delivered in line with project schedules and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities and site operations.

* Coordinate subcontractors, electrical crews and work allocation against construction schedules.

* Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, quality standards and project requirements.

* Conduct electrical installation audits and ensure corrective actions are closed out.

* Coordinate with the Electrical Package Manager, QA team, engineering and other trades.

* Monitor progress, labour hours, productivity and subcontractor manpower levels.

* Manage snagging, punch lists and installation close-out activities.

* Coordinate weekly look-ahead plans, material deliveries and installation schedules.

* Support permit-to-work processes, LOTO management and LV electrical safety.

* Maintain project records, progress reports, photographic diaries and safety documentation.

* Provide technical guidance to installation teams and promote right-first-time installation.

* Attend site meetings, planning sessions, engineering reviews and handover meetings.

Essential Requirements

* Electrical trade background.

* 5–10 years' experience supervising large electrical installation teams and subcontractors.

* Proven experience on large-scale installation projects involving backup power systems, such as generators and UPS.

* Experience with electrical safety, LOTO, authorised-person duties and LV permits to work.

* Working knowledge of MV power distribution and interfaces with LV systems.

* Good IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

* Ability to coordinate teams and meet project deadlines.
