Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.

What You’ll Do
1. Production Engineering and Cross-Functional Interface

2. Product Reliability & Compliance

  • Ensure reliability and robustness of electronic systems under military test environments (DO-160, MIL-STD).
  • Support the definition and execution of qualification and acceptance tests for electronic assemblies and subsystems.
  • Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and root cause investigations in case of production issues.
  • 3. Testing & Validation
  • Develop and oversee production electronic test procedures to ensure UAV systems meet design intent and operational requirements.
  • Define and validate test equipment, setups, and criteria for electronics at component, board, and system level.
  • Ensure full traceability of test results and compliance with aerospace documentation standards (AS9100).

4. Continuous Improvement & Support

  • Provide hands-on support to Production and Integration teams in troubleshooting electronic issues during UAV assembly and testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardization of test procedures, and lessons learned.
  • Actively participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and quality compliance of electronic systems.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics environments.
  • Solid understanding of electronics in a manufacturing context – components, testing, troubleshooting, and integration
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with military and aerospace standards (DO-160, MIL-STD, IPC, AS9100).
  • Experience defining and executing qualification and reliability test plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a cross-functional interface.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Fluency in English.
