You have completed an HBO or MBO+ level education, for example, in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or Small Business & Retail Management.
You are communicatively strong, critical, solution-oriented, and know how to get people moving. Experience with Excel and ERP systems is a significant plus.
You can also work excellently in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. A few years of work experience is desired!
Collaborating closely with our Account Managers, preparing quotations, and coordinating product changes. Determining sales prices for our customers based on well-calculated cost price calculations. Being the source of information for colleagues from Purchasing, Engineering, and Logistics within the Customer Focus Teams. Maintaining data analysis, arranging obsolescence calculations, and ensuring customers are always up-to-date. Being the first point of contact for the customer during escalations and providing quick solutions.
