Do you want to play a key role in the energy transition and translate complex technical issues into smart solutions? Within our new Power & Energy (P&E) consultancy team, we are looking for an enterprising Engineering Consultant who effortlessly combines technology, strategy and communication.

Your challenge

As an Engineering Consultant, you are the connecting factor between technical expertise and customer needs. You enter into dialogue with customers, identify issues and know how to formulate and organize the right solutions. This means that you switch between engineers, stakeholders and external partners to structure projects and make them run successfully.

What will you do?

• Advising and thinking along about technical solutions within the energy transition.


• Guiding and connecting customers with the right experts, both inside and outside our company.


• Initiating, structuring and managing projects without diving into the in-depth technical content yourself.


• Playing an active role in business development and strategic collaborations.


• Exploring new energy markets.

What do you bring?

• A completed education in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a similar technical direction (HBO, WO is a plus).


• At least 3 years of experience as a project engineer, preferably within the medium voltage sector (DSOs).


• Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.


• The ability to work independently and lead small projects.


• Fluent command of Dutch and English (German is an advantage).

Our Hiring Process

1. 
   Phone interview: We start with a phone interview with Talent Acquisition to get to know you better and discuss your experience.


2. Manager Interview: You'll meet with our team and the department head to assess your technical and cultural skills.


3. Interview with the Business Unit Director: You will have a conversation with the Business Unit Director to discuss your potential role and our strategic vision.
