Job Description - Enterprise Sales Executive

Established in 2022 by experienced tech founders and entrepreneurs Hakan Koç and Pyrros Koussios, 1GLOBAL is a European technology leader driving digital transformation in the global telecommunications market. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Salesperson who has a love of disruptive innovation to join our team and in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven sales experience in telecom, with a strong focus on enterprise sales combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling mobile communication solutions to enterprises. As a key player in our sales team, you will drive the growth of our enterprise customer base, leveraging your expertise to build lasting relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our enterprise customer base.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in telecom, with a strong emphasis on enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in selling mobile communication solutions to enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with global communications solutions is a plus.
