Job Description - EPM Solution Architect FCCS (ID: 2968)

As an EPM Solution Architect, you will:

Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).
Provide architectural guidance and functional expertise across Oracle EPM platforms, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system strategy, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation and support.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the EPM landscape to drive operational efficiency and performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

8–10 years of proven experience in EPM solutions, including strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS.
Functional expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise is a plus.
Demonstrated success in architecting and deploying complex EPM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of financial consolidation processes.
Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You should possess the ability to:

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust EPM solutions.
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with a strategic and detail-oriented mindset.
Adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends within the EPM space.
