As a member of the ER team, you will assist the full-time ER Board in all aspects of maintaining the Erasmus Recruitment Platform and organising the on-campus Erasmus Recruitment Days. Within the committee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across different functions. For this year's Erasmus Recruitment Team, we are looking for 2 Commercial Officers, 2 Marketing/IT Officers, and 1 Events Manager.

As a Commercial Officer, you will:

• Set up a commercial strategy
• Sign companies for the Erasmus Recruitment Days
• Serve as an account manager to build sustainable relationships with companies
• Collaborate with a team of fellow commercial officers
• Sign companies for Erasmus Recruitment
• Identify potential business partners and sponsors to enhance the event
• Maintain ongoing contact with existing partners and develop new opportunities
• Be a key part of both the Erasmus Recruitment Community and the active member networks of EFR and STAR

As a Marketing/IT Officer, you will:

• Develop a marketing strategy
• Create and implement marketing campaigns for the Erasmus Recruitment Platform
• Work alongside other part-time marketers
• Manage the ERD Crew and all Active Members involved
• Oversee the Erasmus Recruitment Platform and ensure optimal functionality
• Handle the back-end operations for Erasmus Recruitment Days
• Create promotional materials and content for social media and other channels
• Develop innovative marketing initiatives to boost engagement and visibility
• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and evaluate their success
• Be a key part of both the Erasmus Recruitment Community and the active member networks of EFR and STAR

As the Events Manager Officer, you will:

• Assist the Board Events Manager
• Organise and coordinate the Erasmus Recruitment Days and related events
• Ensure smooth execution of campus events and activities
• Collaborate with team members to create engaging event experiences
• Manage event logistics, communication, and outreach
• Lead the planning and implementation of active member weekends, galas, and other key events
• Act as a liaison between the event team and external stakeholders
• Manage the overall schedule, budget, and resource allocation for events
• Be a key part of both the Erasmus Recruitment Community and the active member networks of EFR and STAR

ER is a joint venture between EFR and STAR. When you join the ER team, you will be part of both active member communities, involving two galas, two active member weekends, and much more!
