Job Summary

We are hiring a ERP Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our application landscape, focusing on business information systems related to operations and finance. Your responsibilities include collaborating with business process owners and external stakeholders to enhance existing ERP and CRM systems, with a specific emphasis on Odoo.
Applicants invited with proven experience in optimizing ERP and CRM systems, with a focus on Odoo. Preference for people living in Europe due to time differences. However, applicants from other locations will be considered, you will just have to visit the office in the Hague a few times a year.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Responsible for the application landscape, especially the business information systems for operations and finance.
• Work together with business process owners and external parties to optimize existing ERP and CRM systems, with a focus on Odoo.
• Work with stakeholders to generate requirements for new systems and system integrations.
• Work with the and external partners for system upgrades as well as the set up and management of access profiles and permissions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Preferences: The successful candidate will have:

• Degree in IT, or business management preferred OR affinity for IT, or equivalent work experience essential .
• Good understanding of business processes and tools for business process analysis and mapping such as BPMN or UML essential .
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, as well as the integration between business information systems essential .
• Experience in requirements management and working with external partners essential .
• Hands-on experience working with or implementing Odoo in business environments essential .
• Hands on knowledge of Python, especially for data and systems integrations highly desired.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, SharePoint, and/or Jira, and data integration with these systems desired.
• Experience with working with external partners and stakeholders desired.
• Attention to detail and h ighly analytical – good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English essential .
• Willingness to travel.
