Who are you?

Are you a result driven, proactive, and dynamic Analyst Investment professional? Then we’re looking for you! In this role, you’ll be part of our Pan-European investment team.

Under the leadership of experienced colleagues, you’ll assist with the acquisition of logistics properties across our target markets in Europe. You will be responsible for financial model underwriting and preparing various types of market and portfolio analysis. You’ll partner closely with our Asset Management department and wider corporate functions across our global offices to help smoothly transition acquired properties into our portfolio and track performance.

Granite owns a portfolio of approximately 147 properties (62.6 million square feet) and is headquartered in Toronto, with offices in Amsterdam, Vienna, and Dallas. We have been active in Europe since the early 2000s; and in the last five (5) years, we have been actively expanding our business across the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, and France.

The role will be based in our Amsterdam office (2Amsterdam), allowing you to start your career in a dynamic business environment. We often host social events outside of work to wind down from our daily routine.

With over €600 million worth of acquisitions in Europe in the last five (5) years and approximately €750 million in available liquidity to be invested, we strive to deliver the best results for our unitholders.

What you’ll bring

• Your Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate


• Up to two (2) years’ experience in a relevant professional area


• Strong knowledge of Argus, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, & Word


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem solving


• Driven and self-motivated


• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English is required; other European language(s) are an asset
