Events and Activation Manager Europe (CG60)
As the Events & Activation Manager Europe, you will bring our brand to life through impactful events, engaging communications, and innovative activation programs that showcase the value of our products and solutions across the region.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality events and marketing activations that maximize business impact while effectively managing budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Acting as the key link between Business Unit (BU) marketing strategies and local market execution, you will ensure consistent and effective implementation across Europe.
Lead the planning, development, and execution of regional events, from concept creation through delivery and post-event evaluation.
Partner closely with Business Unit marketing teams and local market organizations to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
Drive internal communications initiatives that keep teams informed, engaged, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage event-related assets and hardware, including product mock-ups and demonstration materials used across European events.
Develop and execute external communication activities that strengthen brand awareness and reinforce key messages.
Create and manage engaging content across social media channels to grow audience engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to continuously enhance event and activation strategies.
5+ years of experience in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience within healthcare, medical technology, or related industries.
Strong expertise in event planning and execution, including coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
Experience developing, adapting, and deploying marketing campaign assets across different markets and audiences.
Knowledge of paid and organic activation strategies, social media marketing, and ABM programs.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
