Job Description - Events & PR Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities will include organizing events from start to finish for different groups (pro clients/stylist, influencers, press). Tasks include arranging all logistics, marketing/promoting strategies, post-event evaluations and analyzing metrics
You’ll develop and implement PR strategies, build and nurture relationships with key contacts, create compelling press releases, pitches, and media materials that effectively communicate key message and build together with the influencer marketeer our seeding program
You’ll work closely together with your colleagues in the marketing team (influencer marketeer, social media specialist and performance marketing manager). Together you’ll be responsible for creating the full year marketing plan
You develop ideas and concepts to continuously and sustainably improve the brands content strategy and social media KPIs
Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align event and PR efforts with business objectives
Manage and coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to execute projects effectively and within budget

You bring a creative spark and a passion for storytelling that connects people
You’re a natural networker, building relationships with ease and understanding how to amplify a brand’s voice through engaging events and impactful public relations
Your ability to see the big picture while managing the details ensures our events are memorable, on-brand, and strategically aligned with company goals
You’ll be the pulse behind media outreach, forging partnerships and telling our story in ways that resonate. Your energy, fresh ideas, and commitment to excellence are what set you apart
You’ve successfully completed a HBO degree in a relevant field
You have initial workexperience in event organization an/or public relations, ideally in the beauty (hairdressers) industry. (1-3 years of experience)
Hands-on and assertive is your mentality and you are the perfect combination of creative and organizational talent with excellent communication skills
You are fluent in Dutch and English (French would be a plus)
You see yourself as a team player (m/f/d) who likes to support your colleagues to achieve the common goal #OneTeamOneDream
