Reports To: CEO
PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE
Your main focus will be to support the CEO of enviolo and executive team. You will be required to manage the CEO’s day to day schedule, diary management, travel booking, welcome guests, ensure meeting rooms are prepared and anticipate any diary conflicts. The CEO has up to 8 reports knows as the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and you will be expected to assist them in their busy periods.
YOU CREATE IMPACT BY…
Acting as a gate-keeper for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, related to incoming inquiries and requests for meetings.
Managing multiple complex day-to-day schedules, often in multiple time-zones.
Preparing monthly expense reports (multi currency with a preference of prior experience utilizing Certify)
Coordinating and booking domestic and international travel arrangements
Preparing and potentially managing confidential information.
Some office management responsibilities on an ‘as needed’ basis may include ordering supplies, assisting with the coordination of internal events and ensuring that enviolo AMS is an office that is run as efficiently as possible.
